Josefina Bermudez began studying dance at the age of 5. She continued her studies (classical and modern dance) with Beatriz Schraiber in Blue City. Graduated from the New School of Contemporary Dance, directed by renowned choreographer Oscar Araiz, she also danced in the companies of the same choreographer. At the age of 11 she starts tango. Later she took part in tango shows with several companies, among which the famous company directed by Corvalan “Tango Malambo” with which she toured Greece and much of Europe. At present Josefina teaches tango classes at a renowned Tango School (in Buenos Aires) directed by the dancer and choreographer “Carlos Copello”. In the past five years, Josefina toured Europe, Asia and North America, teaching and performing tango in festivals. She was a tango judge in international championships, among which the 2016 UK Tango championship and the 2017 Italian Tango championship.Fabián Peralta started studying tango with the great master Mingo Pugliese at the age of 23. He regularly performs at the major tango houses of Buenos Aires and around the world: Casa Blanca, La Ventana, Michelangelo, El Viejo Almacén, Taconeando, Esquina Homero Manzzi, Esquina Carlos Gardel, among others. He also created and directed the prestigious tango show “Corporation Tango”; and was part of the best tango companies in the world. For the past five years, Fabián has been teaching at the prestigious school “Carlos Copello”, and in the most prestigious tango festivals around the world. He took part in renowned international festivals (Australia, Germany, Holland, Italy, Turkey, Spain) where he led workshops. His passion for tango was crowned in 2006 where he became the world champion of tango salon. Fabián Peralta and Josefina Bermudez have a long-standing experience of dancing together and present a distinctive tango style which is classical and based on techniques of tango salon.More info
Noelia Hurtado & Carlitos Espinoza

Noelia Hurtado started her artistic career in the famous Club Sunderland in 2003. She studied intensively the well-known Villa Urquiza style with maestros Carlos Perez and Rosa Forte amongst other important maestros, and in 2006 was selected as metropolitan champion of tango salon of Buenos Aires and metropolitan sub-champion of milonga. She has gone on to add her own personal touch to her dance and merged the attributes of Villa Urquiza tango and milonga with new elements and techniques of contemporary tango. Known as the Queen of embellishments, Noelia’s teaching emphasises active following and her dancing is a perfect example of close embrace, elegance and energetic dynamism, with an unusual quality of movements. In August 2011, Noelia started the partnership with Carlitos Espinoza and since then they have become requested teachers and performers at various festivals all over the world. Their dance combines both the tradition of classical style tango salon with beautiful close embrace, as well as new dynamics and energy. They are one of the current most notable young couples of Tango. Carlitos Espinoza is a dynamic young milonguero style dancer who has been dancing for the last eighteen years in Argentina and Chile and has instructed at over 100 festivals and workshops in Europe and South America. One of his first tango teacher was Carlos Malone and Sergio Natario, who taught him the importance of walking. In 1998 Carlitos began teaching in Argentina and Chile and in 2001, in Europe. Since 2004 he has taught in Europe almost full-time. When he is not touring, Carlitos resides in Santiago, Chile where he instructs group classes and gives private classes to advanced students. His teaching works on multiple levels, simultaneously developing technique and mechanics while challenging students’ interior landscape, and their process of conceptualizing when they lead or follow. Dancing in authentic close-embrace milonguero style tango, his personal dance style is characterized by a combination of dynamism, musicality, energy, precision, and a very grounded and elegant walk. Horacio Godoy & Cecilia Berra

Cecilia Berra began her career as a Tango dancer in 1998 and as a teacher in 2001. She has a broad background across different disciplines such as contemporary dance, circus and contact improvisation. Cecilia learned Tango from the greatest maestros such as Walter Gomez, Luciana Valle, Dina Martinez, Gustavo Naveira, Claudio Gonzalez, Melina Brufman, Mariela Sametband, Gaston Torelli, Cecilia García. Her tango therefore evolved along the years and she developed her own style and techniques. When she is not travelling around the world, teaching Tango and performing at international tango festivals, Cecilia lives in Barcelona, where she is also teaching and organising events. Horacio Godoy is a renowned and established Tango dancer, teacher, producer, choreographer and Tango DJ. He started his Tango career in 1991 and worked in the most prestigious tango clubs of Buenos Aires. He is also known as the founder and director of one of the largest and most famous tango venues today in Argentina, “La Viruta”. He has been part of many famous tango companies, such as Forever Tango, Tango Argentino, Tanguera and Chantecler Tango. With Tango Argentino he has participated in their spectacular company’s closing show staged in the center of Buenos Aires in front of 20,000 people. Horacio has been travelling the world, teaching Tango, performing in over 38 countries, participating in over 100 international festivals and DJing at the best Milongas in Buenos Aires. He has produced two Tango CDs (“Ojos de Tango and “Esteban Morgado”) and is currently working on the third one. Horacio’s teaching methodology focuses on musicality and dynamics and his dance is extremely engaging, expressive and rhythmical. More info
Juan Martin Carrara & Stefania Colina
Stefania Colina started her career as a ballet and contemporary dancer in the “Orlama” School at the age of 4. She graduated at 17, after 13 years of intense training, and became a teacher of the school. During that time she had the opportunity to experience many dance styles that were taught as a complement to ballet and that is how she met with tango and Juan Martin.
Juan Martín Carrara started dancing when he was 13 years old as a ballet and contemporary dancer and an actor of musical comedy. At the age of 16 he entered in the Nacional Academy of Dance of Uruguay and was selected for the “Young Ballet”, touring all the theatres of the region as a performer of modern and classical ballet. After a few years he met with tango and at the same time with Stefania and from that day, a passionate life-changing story started for both of them.
Together they left all they had in Uruguay and moved almost immediately to Buenos Aires with nothing more than their intense desire to dance and teach tango. After a few years of working hard at improving their level and knowledge, they won the “Intercontinental Championship” in 2009 and the Uruguayan Tango salon Championship in 2012. Since then, Stefania and Juan Martín have been teaching and dancing around the world.
They perform regularly in the milongas of Buenos Aires with prestigious orchestras such as “Color Tango”, “Los Reyes del Tango”, “Orquestra Sans Souci”, “Orquestra Mariano Mores”. In the last years they have been in some of the most important festivals and events in Europe, America, and Asia. Their fame and uniqueness comes from their elegance, sensuality and musicality. They dance with an immense respect for the tradition and the music, and yet keep working on new forms of expression and their own development. They are also known for their successful and engaging teaching method which allows to hear and feel what is most intangible in tango.
Marcelo Rojas is a famous must-see DJ in the tango scene, one of the most renowned in Buenos Aires as well as at international level. He is currently the musical adviser for the Buenos Aires city government, programmer at the official Buenos Aires tango radio station “La 2×4”, DJ at the Confitería Ideal, organiser and DJ at the Milonga Tango Ideal. In 2009, Marcelo won the Martín Fierro prize for best music programme, “La noche con amigos” with Lionel Godoy. He has DJ’d at the best known milongas in Argentina and Europe and participated at major festivals during his travels in Europe and Asia. For many years, Marcelo has also participated at major festivals in Latin America, including the World Tango festival in Buenos Aires, the “Camicando mocca – canyengue” festival, the Congreso Internacional de Tango Argentino C.I.T.A., the Campeonato Metropolitano tango show, the Cumbre Mundial de tango Bariloche.
Alexandra Kotelnitskaya is a tango DJ, or as she likes to describe herself a DJ Tangess, from Ukraine. Alexandra has an extensive experience and knowledge of music. Since 2007, her DJ experience has expanded from Kiev Ukraine and she has been performing in a large number of tango festivals, marathons and encuentros in Europe and around the world. Alexandra is also one of the organisers of the Tango Remolino in Ukraine, one of the most famous tango festivals in Eastern Europe, where the DJs are the main and only stars. After her long experience as a DJ, she knows what tango to play at what moment, simply based on the smiles and reactions from the dancers. She uses all the well known tangos from the Golden Age to fill the dance floor with energy and passion. At the festival, Alexandra will be playing at the Sunday Gala Milonga.

Andrea Dedó DJ has an intense background as musician, dancer and tango teacher along with continuous studies, thanks to which he is always able to interpret to the best the dance-floor. “You are Energy for the milonga!” is one of the best congratulations Andrea received after a milonga set. He likes to think the DJ rules to be giving always new energy to the dancers, trying to propose every time the right tanda at the right moment, and kindling the magic of the milonga. For several years, he has been travelling around Europe to playing at the best international festivals and marathons. His style is unequivocally traditional. Andrea is the artistic director of the International L’Aquila Tango Marathon & Festival, laquilatangofestival.com, as well as the creator and director of the Italian Tango magazine “El Tanguero” eltanguero.it. From 2009, he is the resident DJ at the “Milonga di Camila” in Italy.
